I am reciving a timeshare as a gift from my father. The transfer process is complete, we need to change the warranty on your name, my name deed. I was told by the timeshare, buy computer software to complete this process, rather than save money usuing Atty. Does anyone know the name of the software and where can I buy or experienced this situation?

Jules, I do not want to Put this on top, but believe me, you want a professional use later to avoid the cloud on the title. Please, please, please, please contact at least one company or closing agent to help process the document correctly. If not - could cost thousands of dollars later to straighten it. It's really a simple operation and a lawyer, you probably would not pay a few hundred dollars for processing. It would be worth the money.
